At Techpak Carton Manufacturers our core operations derive from manufacturing corrugated boards and cartons. We have a wide range of corrugated board products that incorporates a variety of paper types, flute types, grades of board, machine or hand erected to meet every customer’s requirement.

Corrugated boards and carton ranges offered at Techpak Carton Manufacturer’s include:
• Regular Slotted Container (RSC) — Can easily be recognised, as every flap has the same length, and the two out flaps are each one-half of the container’s width for them to meet at the centre of the box when folded. This the most common box type available as it used for most products.
• Half Slotted Container (HSC) – The same concept as a regular slotted container (RSC), however with only one set of flaps. This box type can be used for many products such as carrying fruit or storage.
• Die Cut Cartons – specialised cartons gone through a process of a machine known as a “die cutter” which is be designed to be fit for specific products.
• Fully Overlapping Container (FOC) – Every flap has the same length and when closed, the outer flaps come within a few centimetres of complete overlap. This box type is specifically used for heavy material or rough handling, as it offers extra product protection and packing strength.
• Trays/Lids
• Sleeves
• Folders

Grades of board vary from single wall to double wall, a/c, a/b, b/c, d/c and e-flute. All of the board we supply comes in both White or Kraft liners. Boxes may be printed on with a maximum of four colours to facilitate any logo, advertising or customer requirements.
Quantities may vary from 500 – 100,000 and is customisable as per the customer’s request.
